A Blog That Inspires
At Harmony of the Heart you will find many inspirational stories, quotations, advice, and anything that has to do with making life more wonderful. The goal is to make a connection that will inspire and motivate readers to make a difference in their world.
Being a Part of Positive Change
Ghandi said it the best when he said, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." I hope that this site will help individuals pause and reflect on the beauty of life and also give them the resources they may need to better navigate through it.
You will find many articles on dealing with anger, stress, communication, living a nonviolent lifestyle, gratitude, parenting and many other important topics.
Harmony of the Heart has recieved over 350,000 hits since we started the blog and now currently averages anywhere from 3,000 to 5,000 visits a month. I am proud that the message has gotten out there to so many and hope that you are a part of that in some way.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC), founded by Marshall Rosenberg, has had a great impact on my life. You will find that many of my posts come from this consciousness. To find out more about NVC click here.
