OFNR (Practicing Accountability)

  1. Think of a time where you said or did something (observation) that made your life or someone else’s life less than perfect.

  2. Write down what feelings you experienced when this occurred and/or what feelings are still alive for you.

  3. Write down what needs of yours are not fulfilled by what happened.

  4. Write down a request that you can make of yourself or someone else that is very specific, timely and doable.
