Eddie is also the Positive Solutions program coordinator for The Center for Violence-Free Relationships. He provides Nonviolent Communication (NVC) training to the public and to organizations. In his workshops he assists individuals in understanding and implementing NVC principles into their daily practice. He works with:
* Individuals, couples, organizations, families and communities
* School Systems
* Health Care and social service agencies
* Workplaces - from boardroom to shop floor
* Religious and spiritual communities - for congregants and leaders.

It is very encouraging to see that someone in this violent speaking world is dedicated to trying to make a difference, even if a small amount. I was turned on to NVC by Eddie, over four years ago, and although still difficult at times to practice, the concepts have never left me, and I take the chance when presented, to share what he has taught me with others....kudos to Eddie...Paul Jamison
