Sometimes we may forget how sports can truly impact millions of people and unite them. Here is an example of how one goal by Landon Donovan scored in the final minutes against Algeria moved many to joy, tears and celebration.
We all enjoy seeing a team come from behind and win big. USA did just that. They remind us that with hard work and determination anything can happen. Though their run for the Fifa 2010 World Cup tropy is now over due to today's 2-1 loss to Ghana, they played very well. Thanks USA for playing your hearts out! You have made so many proud!
