Charlie Chaplin Google Doodle

This video doodle is Google's latest creative genius. The video doodle appeared on Google's homepage on April 15th in tribute of Charlie Chaplin's 102nd birthday. Chaplin, a silent film star who revolutionized how movies were done, was born on April 16, 1889.

For Google this project may just be the biggest it has taken on. Google has produced some animated logos prior to this project that caught a lot of attention as well. A Pac Man game, a John Lennon animation and a Jules Vernes animation.

I have enjoyed watching Chaplin's films through the years and own a collection of videos. To view some of his videos you can go to you tube and type his name in the search engine or go to his official website at http://www.charliechaplin.com/.

That was so cool! Thank you for posting this video. Off to look at others, I really like Chaplin too. Amazing to watch these clips and think of how the movies we watch now started in the beginning.
